AIRTORQUE AT101US12A Single Acting Pneumatic Flange Ball Valve

The Italian Airtorque AT101US12A single-acting pneumatic flange ball valve is a straight-through ball valve where the ball only needs to rotate 90° to switch between fully open and fully closed. It is widely used in industries such as chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas, power plants, and steel.

Performance Features
1. High Flow Capacity—This valve offers excellent shut-off performance. When fully open, the flow path is nearly identical to the pipeline’s inner diameter, resulting in minimal fluid pressure loss. It is ideal for shut-off control of various fluids, including liquids, gases, and slurries.
2. Anti-static Function—Through the push of a spring behind the anti-static steel ball, it ensures tight contact with the ball groove wall, transmitting static electricity generated by friction between the ball and seat to the valve stem. A specially designed middle flange with conductive material ensures tight contact with the valve body and stem, further conducting static electricity to the valve body.
3. Excellent External Leakage Prevention—A double-layer butterfly spring device design ensures that two pre-compressed butterfly springs compensate for minor leaks in the valve stem, releasing their pre-tightening deformation to re-compress the packing.

1. The drive mounting platform, designed according to ISO 5211 standards, allows direct installation of various actuators and offers two sets of PCD for user selection.
2. The concealed gland plate under the ISO 5211 platform enables tightening of the middle flange to prevent leakage without disassembling the drive device while the valve is in service.
3. An anti-misoperation switch positioning lock is located under the ISO 5211 platform, which does not interfere with the installation or use of the drive device. If the valve core needs to rotate beyond the 0–90° range, it must be removed.
